Here are the ingredients to make this awesome rice recipe:

Sushi rice 1/2 cup
Water 3/4 cup
Coconut Milk 1/4 cup

Bring to simmer and put on low heat for about twenty minutes.

Then prepare the mangoes.

Mangoes 2 pieces
Coconut caramel
Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
Coconut sugar 1/3 cup
Coconut chips 1/4 cup
Sesame seed 1/2 tsp
