​It features brown rice and some cream cheese and goat cheese along with some crab meat, baby kale and Muffuletta

To get started, prepare the following ingredients:

Cooked Brown Rice 2 cups
Crab Meat 2 cups
Chopped Baby Kale 1 cup
Red Pepper 1/2 cup
Muffuletta 1/2 cup
Cream Cheese 1/2 cup
Goat Cheese 1/2 cup
Grainy Mustard 2 tbsp

Filling 1/2 cup Orange

Then, bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
​
Serve with Microgreens and chives.
