Kokuho Rose, the world's premium sushi rice, is a perennial favourite among consumers who are acquainted with its outstanding kernel characteristics.

It is particularly prized by people from the Orient and others who have become connoisseurs of premium quality rice.
One cup of raw rice will produce about 3 cups of cooked rice
WASHING NOT NEGESSARY
Stove Top Cooking (for best results cook 2 cups of rice)
Using a heavy pan with a tight fitting lid:
Combine 2 cups of KOKUHO®ROSE and 2 and 1/2 cups water in medium saucepan
Bring to a full hard boil.
(It is recommended by FDA to boil the rice @ 212°F for 1 minute.)
Reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes.
Fluff with fork or rice paddle and serve.
ELECTRIC RICE COOKER
Combine 1 cup of KOKUHO®ROSE and 1 and 1/4 cups water in electic rice cooker pot;
Continue as directed by rice cooker matacturer.
LEFTOVER RICE (Please property store leftover rice in the refrigerator
Reheating leftover rice:
Microwave: Cover rice and cook on "high" for about 1 and 1/2 minutes.
Stove Top: For 1 cup of rice add 2 tablespoons of water
